Who are we…

Hey, my name is Kirker.

I’m one of the owners of Hawthorn Hideaways, and of the neighbouring farm.

I am married to Julie, and have been blessed with 3 amazing kids.

We run a diary farm, milking over 110 cows twice a day. With another 140 heifers, bulls and calves living on the farm also.

Back in 2020, we decided to take the leap and get moving with a plan for making it possible for people to enjoy the countryside and all the great local things to do .

After many ups and downs, delays etc, Summer 2024 and Hawthorn Hideaways is ready to open.

We can’t wait to see everyone use and enjoy our special getaway for couples and young families. With more greater and bigger plans for the future…
